Leur structure est mise \u00e0 grande \u00e9preuve par la puissance des courants, et le sel corrode les mat\u00e9riaux. En fait, ces hydroliennes s&rsquo;inspirent d&rsquo;une \u00e9olienne sous-marine. Les deux pales h\u00e9lico\u00efdales enroul\u00e9es le long de la turbine sont constitu\u00e9es d\u2019une enveloppe souple en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re, dans laquelle est insuffl\u00e9e une mousse expansive alv\u00e9olaire qui structure la forme. La mati\u00e8re r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la corrosion de l&rsquo;eau de mer. La forme est sans asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s, lisse et fluide. La rotation de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lice est r\u00e9versible (mar\u00e9es).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.625), 20px);\"><strong>Le transport sur terre et l&rsquo;installation sous la mer sont simplifi\u00e9s<\/strong><br>L\u2019AQUALIANE est transport\u00e9e d\u00e9gonfl\u00e9e et enroul\u00e9e \u00e0 plat. Son poids et son volume de transport sont nettement r\u00e9duits, compar\u00e9s aux hydroliennes actuelles tr\u00e8s massives. La mousse expans\u00e9e est insuffl\u00e9e sur place. La forme \u00e0 double h\u00e9lices est l\u00e9g\u00e8re et autoportante, elle ne n\u00e9cessite pas de structure externe.
